About the Role
Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, we are looking for a PRN physical therapist assistant who has experience with treating chronic pain patients through therapeutic exercise. They record patients' progress in our EMR and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist. We are also looking for someone who will be able to cover for vacation or sick time off for other therapists.
Medical specialties: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm and/or Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:45-7:30 pm
Requirements
*CPR certification (Preferred)
*Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Preferred)
About the Company
The Lemons Center’s highly-personalized client care works very well in tandem with the traditional Medical Model approach. Chronic pain does not respond to the same treatments which alleviate acute pain and a different approach is necessary. We integrate psychology and physical therapy into our comprehensive programs for a team centered approach for pain management.
